1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Clients can cancel their bookings at any time without restrictions.
- If an event is canceled by DC35 due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
- Refunds are applicable for duplicate payments or billing errors.
2. Refund Timeline & Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to priyachellajoy73@gmail.com.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
- Clients will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Any payments made to third-party vendors, venues, or external service providers that are non-refundable as per their policies.
